Back in the s, when the name "Shura" and "piano" were spoken in the same sentence, the name "Shura Cherkassky" lept immediately to mind. Cherkassky was a world-renowned classical pianist. InKing records hired a pop pianist who just went by the name "Shura" a diminutive for Alexanderwho recorded two quick albums for the label. The two albums on Audio Lab by "Shura" are reissues of those King albums, not albums by the more famous Shura Cherkassky.
